With welded cylinders, the barrel is welded directly to the end caps, and the ports are welded to the barrel. There are no tie rods. The piston rod assembly and rod seals can be removed for service. Welded style cylinders offer the benefit of a more flexible design for custom applications, a narrow body, and high strength construction. You can select from a hydraulic or pneumatic configuration, numerous rod and bore combinations, and a steel, stainless steel or aluminum assembly.
